ERDEM is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original ERDEM packaging and include the completed return form provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Schedule a Collection

  Book a complimentary courier pickup through the link in your confirmation email or drop off your package at any authorized DHL service point.
